Oak Wood Lounge Chair Block with Bouclé Upholstery

A compact padded lounge chair with a distinctive wooden side panel and elegant textile upholstery that combines pure, durable raw materials and soft ergonomic shapes. The armchair is intended as a versatile piece of furniture that provides generous comfort despite its minimal footprint. The high-quality textile has detailed visible stitching on both the back and front of the seat. Block Lounge Chairis perfect for small spaces as well as large open settings. Form & Refine and Herman Studio cocreated the Block Lounge Chair for the Cabinetmakers’ Autumn Exhibition 2022 in Copenhagen. The chair is upholstered with the classic woollen textile Hallingdal 65 in an updated colour scale and a traditional pattern. The Hallingdal wool textile adds comfort and tactility to the cubic shape of the Block Lounge Chair. The upholstered seat cushion is snugly fitted to the frame with softly rounded edges. The textile Hallingdal was developed in partnership with Kvadrat. Design by Jonas Herman, Herman Studio Form & Refine is a Danish design brand that celebrates materials and form.
